About
Multinational experience, field-credible delivery
Carl von Graszouw is a telecommunications and engineering operations leader with over thirty years’ experience in telecom infrastructure, mechanical engineering, digital transformation, and large-scale maintenance and construction programmes. His work spans tower structural compliance and 5G modernisation, IoT-driven digital systems, heavy fabrication and welding quality, pipeline and trenchless rehabilitation, and end-to-end regulatory alignment with ICASA, SANS, and occupational health and safety frameworks.
As an independent consultant (Ipenga Consulting, since 2024), he advises on IoT, security, and risk-management solutions for transport, security, municipal, and infrastructure clients—supported by documented HSE and QC audit programmes, operational architecture redesign, and governance models that connect strategy to measurable field outcomes.
Infrastructure and digital programmes only matter when they survive contact with operations, regulators, and the balance sheet.
